How does it work?

Confirm with your customer the amount they wish to credit the giftcard. Receive payment and load the card from your credit card terminal. That's it.

Can I use my own design for the giftcards?

Absolutely. You have the choice to either use one of our designs or to use your own. Just let your sales agent know that you would like to use your own design.

Is there a limit to the amount I can credit a giftcard?

You can set the limit to whatever you like. You just have to log into your account and set the floor-limit amount for transactions.

How do I make a sale?

The gift card works like any other credit card. You just swipe it, wait for approval, and get your customer's signature.

Why was the transaction Declined?

It is likely that the sale amount exceeded the balance on the card. You can check your customer's balance from your terminal, and try another transaction within the verified balance.

What if my customer buys an item greater in value than his/her giftcard?

In this case, you can split the sale amount. First verify the amount your customer has on the giftcard. Confirm with your customer the amount he/she wants deducted from the giftcard, then kindly request a second payment method for the remaining balance.

What if my customer makes a return?

Making a return back to the giftcard is similar to other credit cards. You customer must have the giftcard and receipt of the purchase at the time of the return. If your customer does not have the card or receipt, follow your store policy for handly the return.

How long does it take for a return to credit back to my customers card?

The credit is instant. Unlike most card processors, who use third parties to process their giftcard transactions, we host our own. This way, all transactions are processed instantly and you only need one terminal for credit cards and giftcards.

Is there a way I can view all giftcard transactions?

Yes, just login to your account from our merchant login section and you will have access to powerful admin tools and transaction reporting features.

Is there a way my customers can view their balances?

The only way your customers can verify their balances is through you. Your customers will need either the card or card number in order for you get the balance.
